Nel cuore dei colli senesi, in posizione panoramica e strategica a pochi minuti dalle più famose città medioevali di interesse storico, quali San Gimignano,Volterra,Siena,Colle di val d’Elsa, Monteriggioni e a 40 min da Firenze, è sorto dalle rovine di un antichissimo fienile, un grazioso casale completamente ristrutturato nel rispetto architettonico locale.
Il Casale, molto confortevole è ottimo per rilassarsi nella magica atmosfera che lo circonda. E’ immerso nel verde ed offre: piscina, solarium,parcheggio coperto privato, gazebo,terrazza panoramica e giardino. Le camere e gli altri locali sono arredati nel tipico stile toscano, elegante e rustico allo stesso tempo. Le sue sei camere matrimoniali, fornite tutte di bagno privato, sono disposte nel seguente modo:
-tre al primo piano con soggiorno cucina attrezzati di tutti i conforts con connessione internet in wi fi ,TV sat, lettore cd e dvd;
-tre al piano terreno con cucina grande attrezzata con tutti i conforts,soggiorno con TV sat,lettore cd , dvd ed internet point,lavanderia e piccolo wc di servizio.
Esse si adattano ad ospitare gruppi di viaggiatori,gruppi di amici o famiglie che intendono passare le vacanze insieme nel casale, nonchè usarlo come base di partenza per andare a visitare le città sopra citate, o fare un salto al mare che dista anch’esso circa 40 min.
In ogni camera si può avere un terzo letto aggiunto, con un piccolo supplemento per letto, per bambini fino a 12 anni.
Il soggiorno minimo per i gruppi di viaggiatori,gruppi di amici o di famiglie è di 7 notti da sabato a sabato.
I proprietari Piero & Federica intendono con questa formula dare la possibilità a più persone di farsi una vacanza nella nostra bellissima terra, dividendosi la spesa a famiglia o a persona.

The comfortable country house is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday atmosphere of the countryside. Full immersed in the green countryside, it offers: swimming pool, solarium, covered parking, gazebo, panoramic terrace and garden. All rooms are furnished in the most authentic Tuscan style, elegant and rustic at the same time. Its six double rooms, all equipped with private bathroom, are distributed as follows:
- three double rooms on the first floor with dining room-kitchen, equipped with all comforts, wi-fi connection, Tv sat, cd and dvd reader;
-three double rooms on the ground floor with large kitchen, equipped with all comforts, dining room with tv sat, cd and dvd reader, internet point, laundry and small toilet.
They are ideal to host groups of travellers, friends or families who want to spend their holidays together in our country house and use it as starting point to visit the over mentioned towns or to reach the seaside which is just about 40 minute’s drive away.
In each room you can add a third bed, with a small additional price for children till 12 years.
Minimum stay for groups of travellers, friends and families is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.With this formula, the owners Piero & Federica give to a group of people the possibility to spend their holiday in our beautiful area, sharing the costs per family or per person.

Im Herzen der Hügel von Siena, in einer panoramischen und strategischen Position, nur einige Minuten von den bekanntesten historischen und mittelalterlichen Zielen der Toskana entfernt: San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Colle di Val D’Elsa, Monteriggioni und 40 Minuten von Florenz, liegt ein Landaus, das aus den Ruinen einer alten Scheune gebaut und nach der örtlichen Architektur komplett restauriert wurde.
Das wohnliche Landhaus schafft den richtigen Rahmen für Erholung und Entspannung im typischen toskanischen Land. Das Landhaus liegt in einer Grünanlage und bietet an: Schwimmbad, Solarbad, überdachter Parkplatz, Gazebo, panoramische Terrasse und Garten. Alle Zimmer sind im traditionellen typischen toskanischen, eleganten und inzwischen ländlichen Stil eingerichtet. Die sechs Doppelzimmer, alle mit privatem Bad, sind wie folgt angeordnet:
- drei im ersten Stock, mit Wohnzimmer-Küche, mit allem modernen Komfort, Wi-fi Verbindung, Sat-TV, CD und DVD Leser;
- drei im Erdgeschoss mit geräumiger Küche, mit allem Komfort, Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV, CD und DVD Leser, Internet point, Waschküche und kleines Badzimmer.
Die Zimmer passen auf Reisende-, Freunde- und Familie-Gruppe, die Ihre Urlaub zusammen in unserem Landhaus verbringen wollen und das Landhaus als Abfahrtspunkt benutzen wollen, um die oben genannte Dörfer zu besichtigen oder einen Ausflug ans Meer, das nur 40 Minuten entfernt ist, zu machen.
In jedem Zimmer kann man ein drittes Bett für Kinder bis 12 Jahren mit Aufpreis haben.
Für Reisende-, Freunde- oder Familie-Gruppe Minimum 7 Tageanmietung von Samstag bis Samstag. Sie können das komplett Landhaus oder ein Stock separat vermieten.
Mit dieser Formel bieten die Besitzer Piero & Federica die Möglichkeit für mehrere Personen an, eine Urlaub in unserem wunderbaren Land, mit Kostenteilung pro Familie oder pro Person zu verbringen.
